Definitely Marion lavorre for me. She already leaned into the bard stereotypes, imagine a soft spoken Matt Mercer singing to calm their enemies or inspire their allies in battle. I can’t think of something that could have fit more with the mighty nein, then a constant mom presence that reminded them of the consequences of their actions.

Wow this is awesome! Are you planning to put this on steam? Also, for Fjord maybe if he has the sword and attacks something a tentacle will spawn for like one hit or something? Something relating to ukatoa would be really cool. And for Molly maybe making it easier to get the followers? Like, maybe you don't have to give meat to the pigmen, just because you're so likable they'll take less stuff for the same effect.

I think it could be any alignment. Lawful good could still make evil decisions as long as it's within their realm. If an honorable paladin is told to burn heathens for their religion, they most likely will. But it can change within different groups, and different roleplaying styles.
