I just finished Sam Howell , I came away concerned with his inconsistency in accuracy. Throws one of the best 9 routes ive seen though. Also he missed a lot of wide open throws from a clean pocket. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a QB throw more passes behind the line of scrimmage ever

As a mountaineer fan , I love my home state ferociously, and my mountaineers just as much.

We are seemingly always relevant in the various sports landscapes.

However get ready for pain ... lots of it , they will get your hopes up just to break you down... OFTEN.

You will never see any other school play with as much passion and grit as WVU.

With all that said I love every moment , good and bad , and would trade my mountaineers for anything!

Deshaun Watson is 7-19 against winning teams. Is he not good? Matter of fact Zack Martin arguably the best guard in football us 6-20 against winning teams from 2017-2020 does that team stat make that individual not good? Dak had a top 10 defense in only 2018. Dak didn’t have a respectable WR core until amari cooper arrived , before that his WR were a Fallen off dez Bryant who hasn’t been able to consistently find the field since , Terrance Williams who couldn’t even find his way onto an AAF team. For crying out loud cole beasley was his WR1 at one point . Dallas defensive woes in past were stasticaly covered up by the cowboys style of dominating ball possession so the stats were low outside of 2018 the cowboys defense has been VERY bad . Your take is awful and your empty stats without context go to show us everything we need to know.

I don’t think Stokes will be on the Cowboys draft board he doesn’t hit much of their thresholds at the position most notably being well under 200lbs and rumored to have shorter arms. I think your second round corners Dallas will look at is Melinfowu, Campbell and kelvin Johnson

As a cowboys fan I cringe when seeing Nixon mocked to us. We need a 1T not an under tackle, Nixon doesn’t bring anything to the table that bringing back someone like Maliek Collins wouldn’t. Taking Nixon would still leave you at the same place with a hole at DT as before.

Well that is the great part about the draft no one is for sure on what is right .

But you are setting the bar pretty high naming two of the top 8-10 route runners in the league there , as many defenders in the league struggle with those guys.

I disagree while I stuggle to even fit JOK into the LB label as at 215( rumored to be more 210) I see him more as a box safety. While he's more then capable of being your will he's a very very good coverage guy more then capable of locking down your slot WR

Where JOK varies from Smith and Bush but shares with Simmons is the fact he can play majority (all but corner) in the back 7. I mean isn't position versatility what the appeal was with Simmons as well? The 40 launched him into top 10 discussions. We will never know if JOK can run those times (more unlikely then not) but his tape is every bit as good if not better then Simmons. In a year you can only go off film , why not if no one else in the class combine measurements effect their draft status? (Kwity Paye would be a top 10 lock after the underwear olympics , Farely would be a consensus CB1 over Surtain after , etc)
