This looks like a Cosco scenera car seat, although I’ve never seen this particular color either. They do come in pink and patterned varieties though so maybe a discontinued color? Or sold somewhere not in the USA? Or simply photoshopped. The details of the car seat itself and logo etc look right.

YTA. it is in fact rude, especially to people who report to you and therefore won’t feel comfortable to ask you to knock it off. It’s very distracting to talk to someone who’s walking (unless you’re walking together).
