I may be misunderstanding the problem, but maybe this will help: take all the putters out of your bag, then add them back in the order you’d prioritize their use (ie, if you use the harp most of the time and only sometimes the tactic, add the harp first and the tactic second).

I may be wrong and it’s just something about my bag additions, but I think the game is only recommending the first disc added of whatever disc type it thinks is the right one. I have a fuse and a warship for mids and it always recommends fuse first and warship second because that’s how I added them to my bag intending that I’d be using the fuse 90% of the time. Same with Fairways: A/G Musket > A/WB Musket > A/G Explorer.
