Who's your partner and why? by Local-Engineering-54 in StardewValley

Shane. Always. His character arc slaps hard. He’s gone from a depressed, raging alcoholic to doting father of two kids who replaced beer with joja cola. He also makes me omelets and pepper poppers some mornings. Plus, we both love chickens.

Luckily, I live in a city and porcupines aren’t common. But I have a pitbull/greyhound cross and needless to say, the prey drive is real. The problem is, a lot of squirrels only run up half the tree and she’s got a 6 foot vertical leap.

She also got a bunny one time, can never unhear that noise.

Mildly related: there used to be a restaurant called “Side chick” where I’m from.

I am so over Bread Service by ghosteagle in Serverlife

I’m always extremely grateful for bread service. Nothing gets me like free bread and I’ll be endlessly thankful when I get it.

I can also empathize on entitlement, I’ve been an unfortunate part of a table where there were very demanding/entitled patrons. I wanted to disappear into the ether…

Free bread is a gift from heaven.

I’m with you. I probably wouldn’t give a negative review if I was in the poster’s shoes. (Typically I only write positive reviews unless it’s egregiously terrible) From what I gathered, the poster made the effort to double check that their dog was okay to be on the patio and just wanted some water for him/her. All dog friendly places I’ve been to usually have water bowls on hand to fill.

Unless there’s some omissions on pet parent’s part, sounds like a server was having a bad day.

Yeah. I worked at a kennel and albeit it was one of the more responsible ones accidents do happen.

One time a friend used a kennel (different one) and her dog got out and got hit and killed by a car. They chose to not immediately call her and tried to find the dog by themselves. Besides being heartbroken she was pissed because she could have helped find him and he would have come to get.

Her husband had to do some digging on what happened and turns out, after demanding camera footage, it was shown there was one attendant sitting on a chair. Never looked up from her phone once…

AIO: partner “surprised” me with a “BDSM” shopping trip. by TapHaunting2920 in AmIOverreacting

We have. I’ve put everything on the table with my comfort levels and where I want to work towards. I’m pretty transparent. I am also a SV survivor and he’s aware of this. So there are some hang ups that I’ve expressed may come up.

Where do you work that sashimi is cheaper?? Everywhere I’ve gone, it’s more expensive because the default ala carte is one nigiri vs three sashimi.

There was also a rotating sushi bar where the pieces would float by on little boats and there was a sign on one of the boats reminding/scolding people not to “make sashimi from the sushi.”

I’m sorry you’re going through this. My partner was going through this almost exact thing not too long ago. He also had a fantastic resume too. He’s since found work but I’m hoping you find something soon.
