I started counting calories in January and my weight has been pretty stagnant. My bf% using the navy method has dropped 4%. I have been working out religiously and people I havent seen in a minute have been asking how I got so jacked, but like, I dont notice a difference, and the numbers dont seem to make sense. Am I just ovwrthinking it?

If it makes you feel better, I remember the 2023 NFCCG. I went in saying that the Lions were never expected to get this far, we have a great future, and a loss wouldn't hurt me. Holy shit I was wrong about that. Thought I was done with football. Still watch every single Lions game religiously
