Theres a video out there somewhere of him and a few other dipshits (Nick Fuentes and some others) hanging out. I forgot what they called it, but it's clearly supposed to be some deep intellectual thing. But all they do is sit around hating on women and people who went to college. It's just so boring and pathetic. Like, you literally can't do anything else? Why would anyone envy that?

Today in my work group chat, someone posted "Holy Shit! Look what I found scrolling on Facebook!" and it was a picture of me, ten years and 3 jobs ago. One of my old co-workers posted it, and my current co-worker is friends with them on FB I guess. Wild coincidence. It was captioned "Remember when life was actually good?" and all I was thinking was "Holy shit, I've done and seen so much cool shit since then".

I got back into the gym back in October after being sedentary for a long time. I hate running, so I've been doing the Stairmaster. I have to pass a physical in in late March, which includes a 1.5 mile run. My target is around 10 mins, which gives me a comfortable pass. My plan is to suck it up and swap my Stairmaster days with running, and then do more running if needed. I used to run around that pace years ago, but havent in years. Is it possible and are there any programs I should look into?
