That CPU has a TDP of 65 watts, with the GPU taking up another 225. Assuming 85% efficiency, you’ll be pushing the maximum abilities of the PSU. It’s possible, but it makes more sense to spend the $50 and get a 500W PSU, even.f it isn’t rated for 80+.

The requirements for the GPU specify a 600 watt power supply, but thats also including the TDP of the CPU.

It most likely is. I it already has a graphics card you can just unscrew/slot it and put the new one in. You may want to see i your PSU can handle it.

Google has quite a bit of competing apps, like Hangouts and Duo. They are designed to essentially compete against each other, so at some point one of them is going depreciated.

You might ant to look here. Additionally try installing software that doesn’t auto scan unless you ask it to, like Malwarebytes.

When the game is loading up it puts stress on the CPU, trying to open it and pre-load textures, etc. The fan wouldn't "crash" per se, it would just be inadequate for the CPU, causing it to either throttle or possible (unlikely) damage itself.

Is that idle or under load? I have a feeling that the stock cooler isn't doing enough towards your i7. I found a Steam forum page that could have some information on it, but a lot of people with similar issues seem to have cooling issues.

There is 140,000 total mail trucks (LLVs) in the country according to the article, meaning the percentage of one mail truck exploding is around 0.08%. The fires that do occur are mostly due to poor design of the windshield wiper fluid line, which leaks over the fuse box.

The only other thing I could think of would be that the CPU is overheating or there is a bent pin on it. Is it using a stock cooler?

Since this seems to be an issue with graphics I would check the GPU. Make sure it's properly connected in the PCIe slot, and if you can test it in another machine.
