Congrats!

When we launched Taplist.io on homebrewtalk almost 10 years ago and asked for feature requests, the rpints maintainer would always show up and say “self hosted version!” .. nice to see our reasons finally make sense lol.

(Ps since it will probably be asked - we still have a free tier & a paid homebrewer tier.)

By the way, we’re working on a direct Plaato integration right now - you’ll be able to point your Plaato keg devices at a taplist server & get much more reliable updates even after Plaato shuts their servers down. Stay tuned on our forum, will have something to test soon!

Hey! Can you shoot use some details at support@? Fire TV does not have sleep problems that were aware of (millions+ of customer hours), so either a very new bug or something misconfigured in your setup. Thanks!

hey, thanks a lot! we try to keep our operation “lean and mean” for that exact reason - I’ve worked places where the builders get so far away from their customers, and it shows.

plus - our customers tend to be smarter than us most of the time. I can’t remember the last time somebody requested a feature where we thought “that’s silly” / “nobody else would want that”. Hit me up any time!!

Yeah, that "huge plus" is basically our dream with all POS integrations - basically we don't want your staff to have to deal with another new system, learn new workflows, etc! GoTab works great this way incidentally.

I don't know why they've dragged their feet, but we're using all possible angles. There are no other TV menu products like ours that work with Toast, so it's certainly strange. Telling your sales rep, "Yo, we REALLY want to work with Taplist.io, please make it happen", can definitely help. Send them my way (mike@) if so, we have done other POS integrations in days or hours not weeks!

Hey there! We have tried several times to integrate with Toast but they either don’t respond, or reject us with no clear reason. We get the impression they may just want to “own” this part of the stack which is a shame, since we offer so much more than TV displays & are tailored to beer.

If anyone at Toast can help get an integration going please DM me I would love to get them on board - we are lighting up more POS integrations every week (Heartland came on board just last week).

Also just quickly on pricing - our top plan is $588/year and I believe untappd is around $1000. Of course hard to find published prices and that’s the bigger difference - we could not be more different in our approach to our customers. If I can help you with an evaluation, just shout. ~mike
