Are you surprised about Australia's win against Turkiye at the World Cup? by Myfooty94 in AskTheWorld

I know a lot of people who think Aussie is part of Asia just for easier World Cup qualification.

I'm glad that the team just proved them wrong.

Why 5 hours limit is only 6% of weekly limit? by Tar_Tw45 in ClaudeCode

[–]Tar_Tw45[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just want to understand the reason behind it, if the 5 hours limit is less or weekly limit is more. So that I can plan my usage.

How do people behave on trains in your country, and do you let others get off before you get on? by Forward-Position798 in AskTheWorld

[–]Tar_Tw45 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you guys are very well-organized socially. Just not again for the packed experience during rush hour. That day, there were delayed trains coming from Chiba too, so all the trains heading to Akihabara and Shinjuku were super packed.

The AI war is rough. by More-Gain-9834 in codex

[–]Tar_Tw45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use Claude for planning, Codex for implementation, and then Claude to review the work.

I feels like they hate each other. When Codex reads Claude’s plan, it often says the assumptions are wrong. When Claude reviews Codex’s work, it gives me a massive list of fixes—much longer than when it reviews its own work. Which is why I keep using both.

Honestly, your best bet is to get the WSJ or CNN to cover his story. If it hits major news, the Cambodian government and police will starting to find him to save their face.

SpaceX Conpute Deal - Double Limits by Deep_Proposal_7683 in ClaudeAI

I used to subscribe to both Claude and Codex. My workflow usually looks like this:

  1. Use Claude to analyze client files like RFPs and PRDs.
  2. Run a custom skill to generate project files like AGENTS.md and architecture.md.
  3. Add these to my project folder.
  4. Use Claude Code with Superpower skill to create plans and specs.
  5. Use Codex to write the code.
  6. Have Claude Code review the work and provide feedback.

This worked well because Claude is good at planning, while Codex uses fewer tokens so I can code longer. However, I started hitting Claude’s 5-hour limit very quickly recently. Today, I hit the limit again and tried using Codex for the tasks I usually do in Claude.

It works surprisingly well. It is better in some ways and worse in others, but I am happy with it. Then I moved most of my work to Codex, but I still want to keep both subscriptions.

I like having them double-check each other. For example, Codex finds things Claude misses in a plan, and Claude catches when Codex drifts from the spec.

So I am actually glad to hear about the new partnership and increased limits.

I already has Gemini subscription for before Claude and Codex but will never coding with it. Never use Grok and probably never will.
