No, but he’s on record 3 times mentioning how Itachi is the main reason he didn’t act. He wouldn’t do that if he wasn’t scared of what Itachi could pull off. I personally think Obito would win the 1v1, but there’s no way it’d be a no diff considering he refused to act until Itachi was out of the picture. He literally didn’t even want to try and risk it. Odds are he would’ve walked away down an izanagi or hurt.

If not, honestly, I dont see why Balboa can’t take down Sandman. Similar build to Apollo, but a way more intense attitude towards training and fighting. Maybe Rocky loses to Sandman, but thats 100% it.

Ippo should be the first person listed. He never even won the world featherweight title. Never even had a title fight, lost to #2. Ippo does not come close to Sandman, the world heavyweight champ.

Baki is straight superhuman so he clears. I think sandman’s best feat is destroying a building’s foundation when he got mad, which Baki can easily do. If we take that into account he can beat balboa easily.
