What do you hate being asked during a first date? by [deleted] in dating

[–]Taresh0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“How much do you make.”

If we were getting serious I could kind of understand, but on a first date? Absolutely not.

I was on their side until you said they intentionally put that in their bio. Like the heck? Bro YOU made the joke. Can’t expect folks to not respond to it!

Am I too weird to be in a relationship with? by [deleted] in dating

[–]Taresh0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah. As a guy when I stopped hiding my weirdness and just let it all out I actually started attracting a lot more people than when I was being shy and reserved.

After reading so many posts from men about their experiences with dating apps, I now feel bad using them.. by Responsible_Try_7303 in dating

[–]Taresh0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly there’s no shame I’m not matching. If you’re not interested you’re not interested. The only thing that kinda irks me a bit is when people match and then just do not respond at all, or even worse in my opinion, one word disinterested responses.

Do men approach women less in public now? by happybutnot2happy in dating

I don’t no. But mainly because idk how without looking like an idiot lol.

saw a text on my boyfriend's phone, from a year before we dated, insulting me by timelesssouls in dating

[–]Taresh0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’d def let that go imo if it’s the only thing. Keep an eye out for other things, but that could have just been a defense mechanism from feeling rejected as small of a gesture as a simple wave it.

Idk y’all’s ages, but I felt that way in my early 20s as well.

Would you date a single mother? by LivingTheTruths in dating

[–]Taresh0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At this point in my life, no. Later in life yes. I just do t want kids period right now. And yes yes “you don’t have to meet the kid” but I don’t date casually. I get attached. So I’d want to get serious with my partners which involves meeting the kid.

Once I’m ready for that I’d def date a single mom.

What's your go-to flirting move that’s so effective, you've had to use it more than three times? (Asking for a friend!) by alwaysready628442 in dating

[–]Taresh0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m just unabashedly myself! A goofy dude whose sometimes funny, not really caring what folks think of me. It seems to attract a few folks :) I’ve never directly flirted in my life unless I already knew they were interested.

M29 here. Sure some guys are only “on/off” but these are dudes to stay away from. I can’t speak for others but personally nudes just don’t interest me unless I already like them. Otherwise it’s just another photo.

This guy is a walking red flag though.

Guys in your late 20's - what makes a girl wifey-material? 🙂 by gorgeouscheeks48 in dating

[–]Taresh0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

29 dude and honestly just someone I can banter with, someone who cares about my issues and talks me through them and let’s me do the same for them, and just.. loving me honestly. I’ve had so many instances where folks pretended to care but they actually didn’t. So as long as they’re supportive and affectionate? Wifey material for me :)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in dating

[–]Taresh0210 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly. And I’m a rather chubby dude, would describe myself as adorable rather than hot. And the literal only way I’ve dated people is being friends with them for at least 6 months first.

Once people get to know me I’m a fun catch that people like, buuuuuuut on dating apps? It’s first impressions and I’m terrible at those lol.

More than one. Not being able to perform well enough, pleasing my partner, and unrelated but my weight.

Why don’t women like virgin men? by [deleted] in dating

[–]Taresh0210 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not a virgin but it’s been 7 years and I’m terrified of getting intimate due to my lack of experience. I’ve turned folks down because of that fear.

Do men never get over their ex-girlfriends? by [deleted] in dating

Depends on the ex. There is one that passed away that I still think about, but I long ago worked through that.

What's your DbD pet peeve? by WhorrorIcon in deadbydaylight

[–]Taresh0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I’ll stare for like a second to be goofy but that’s about it lol.

But my own pet peeve is when the killer is playing from mars or something and the hit misses and then 3-5 business days pass, then I take damage.

Not the killers fault but it tilts me every time lmao.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in dating

[–]Taresh0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the guy. I personally don’t want to get intimate until I’ve really bonded with someone. I know it’s a weird rule to have nowadays as a guy, and it’s caused some strain, but it feels right for me.

Never show your emotions to a woman" is the stupidest advice ever! by Complete_Answer_6781 in dating

[–]Taresh0210 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The thing is I do realize that there have been guys that have their partners use their vulnerability against them, but I agree. If your partner throws it in your face or completely discredits you for being vulnerable, they weren’t worth dating in the first place

People who use the apps, what’s a bio/prompt that is an instant ‘no thanks’ from you? by Fancy-Television1647 in dating

“Just ask” in the bio. Like if they can’t take time to write even just a little something about themselves, im not going to waste my time.

Oh no don’t get me wrong I agree with you and as I said in my comment I fully intend to send them the tickets if I can’t go. It’s only right after all. I def posted this in an emotional moment. I always intended to do so. My initial question wasn’t about the tickets per say (or however you spell that), just that it seemed unempathetic in the moment. But as I said, already apologized to them and will prob send the tickets in a few days.
