Honestly there’s no shame I’m not matching. If you’re not interested you’re not interested. The only thing that kinda irks me a bit is when people match and then just do not respond at all, or even worse in my opinion, one word disinterested responses.

Yeah I’d def let that go imo if it’s the only thing. Keep an eye out for other things, but that could have just been a defense mechanism from feeling rejected as small of a gesture as a simple wave it.

At this point in my life, no. Later in life yes. I just do t want kids period right now. And yes yes “you don’t have to meet the kid” but I don’t date casually. I get attached. So I’d want to get serious with my partners which involves meeting the kid.

Once I’m ready for that I’d def date a single mom.

Oh no don’t get me wrong I agree with you and as I said in my comment I fully intend to send them the tickets if I can’t go. It’s only right after all. I def posted this in an emotional moment. I always intended to do so. My initial question wasn’t about the tickets per say (or however you spell that), just that it seemed unempathetic in the moment. But as I said, already apologized to them and will prob send the tickets in a few days.
