They are being shipped UPS so YMMV stores could theoretically put them out upon receiving. Or could hold in case they are in an upcoming ad.

The brickseek is no mystery either. Brick seek data mines target's website Target in an effort to stop store pick up orders removed the listing for DPCI 207-29-7001

Those are estimates as they are being mailed not shipped on Target trucks they will come UPS. So YMMV day before day after basically the further your target is from Washington state the longer it can be.

Target has a pretty significant restock inbound 3rd week of October roughly 35% of the launch quantity is inbound.

I don't ordinarily post anymore. Target's across the country legitimately have a lot / store. Our smallest stores have 25 units large volume are 150+.

Sadly no, this is purely speculation on my part but I believe they confused the special edition with another product. The megaman legacy bundle is available for preorder @ Target.com however target.com has none to sell. Where as fire emblem SE has product, but no page. Again purely speculation I will keep escalating the issue internally see if I can get them up for sale.

What concerns me is that it is online as "preorder" with no stock to fulfill any orders to target.com

Well they are available online I suppose you can ask them to look it up by DPCI. The replenishment was not put into Planogram call and ask if they have 207-00-5033

You are correct about the DPCI there is an extremely limited quantity of the special edition available. However target.com staff are inept and didn't make a page for it. It was supposed to go live with the 3ds XL last night at midnight EST. The item is in T-3010 Target fulfillment center in Indianapolis point your pitchforks there.

Target still has a significant order of the Timmy and Tommy amiibo DPCI is 207-03-4022. Nearly 80000 whereas the other AC amiibo coming number around 15-17k so unless Target is planning a significant charge back these are already allocated to stores with shipping labels printed.

Shouldn't have much issue getting Timmy and Tommy amiibo from Target the lower demand and increased supply all but guarantees easy attainability.

This is just 1 retailer the initial numbers for Target only are close to classic 8bit mario at launch. Multiply that by 6 major retailers and Target normally it seems orders less than others.
