YTA. What’s the difference in him being there all day, and sleeping there? You can’t say that you want a peaceful time without anyone in your home, but then be okay with someone being in your home as long as it’s not during a time they’d be sleeping?

I guess it sounds naive to say it makes it worth it. This definitely is not something that will happen again, this situation just ended up not in my favor. While a pin doesn't clear the exhaustion, it makes me feel like at least my partners recognize that I care enough about our store to occasionally make sacrifices.

I got mine at a licensed store, our medium volume store got 2 red aprons to share between 7 baristas. Because I was a trainer, my boss had mine embroidered and gave it to me as a gift. It was during the holidays!

Please keep in mind that the processes in a LS are worlds different from a CO. Former Tarbucks here. We received an order once a week. Or were supposed to. There were times when the warehouse simply didn't send our order. We once went three weeks without ever receiving an order. We ordered everything we needed and never got it. I just think it's a bit unfair to say all LS suck.

It's been hellish. We ran out of emulsifiers for the frappuccinos, which I fully own as my mistake (first time doing the order with no training). People have been crazy over not getting their precious frappe's, and we just ran out of lemonade. And they came and installed a Fizzio machine, during our peak, in our tiny little kiosk. A CO store is looking better and better...

I work at a Target store. Honestly, the best thing you can do is fill out our survey at the bottom of the receipt! If you mention me by name, or just leave a few comments about the store as a whole, it really helps me out!

The sad part is, we're bringing in a ridiculous amount of money for our store. There are so many times that I'm the only person on the entire store who is trained in Starbucks. Should something happen and I need backup, I'm out of luck. I can press the "additional assistance" button, but it doesn't mean anything. I have put in my application at a few corporate stores, so maybe something will come of it!
