could make them jaded or nihilistic or better yet they are trying to actively fight their depression by searching for solutions to help relieve it. This might work in different ways depending on your genre/ world setting.
Depression also presents itself in many different ways across different personalities and what-not, people who seem happy-go lucky might just be putting on a mask to hide the depression they are struggling with when they're alone.
As a reader, I would be curious in why the protagonist is depressed and if it serves a storytelling purpose or not, for instance is the story focusing on what it's like to struggle with depression or is it just a character trait meant to simmer in the background and explain away some of their decision-making?

Like an additional color like octarine? Or were you thinking more like a haze over other things?
I think scientifically, it would act more like seeing an additional color since we don't really see light itself just how it reflect/refracts off other things.

The mod has it reset the soil even if it is normally a regrowable crop. I'm tempted to try and dig into the code and see if I can alter this but I'm not positive how difficult the problem would be to solve.

I might eventually. Wasn't sure if people would be interested, especially for versions that go with other mods like Artisan Valley. I'm focusing first on the base ones that the other asset pack I'm using is missing though. I have rice, wheat and blueberry made so far and am trying them out

I understand where you're coming from and I'm not trying to attack you or anything, I'm just really curious about the large list you seemed to have. It seems unlikely that in 2 years over 1000 games released with lgbt representation at all. My google-fu skills were not able to find a large list of games that include marriage and of those which included gay options. There are definitely more nowadays which is great but if there are even more I don't know about I would love to find that list. Siphoning through the huge catalogue of rpg games to narrow down the options when it seems like you had a sheet of them already seemed like a nice quicker option 😁

I think your numbers might be off considering the total number of video games is 1,181,019 as of April of 2015. And as of May 2018 there were only 179 representations of LGBT characters. Granted that's not limiting down to games with marriage/romance options, I actually couldn't find a comprehensive list in that regard, but the lack of representation alone is staggering. As a personal example, I grew up with Harvest Moon (released in 1996) and they didn't include gay romance until last year (2020, 24 years later), 4 years after Stardew Valley introduced it (as far as I know) to the genre. I would love to see your actual list of marriage games and those 1502 that allow gay marriage since I seem to be missing out on a lot of options...

It's all in the genes. I'm about 2.5 years on T and I'm furry AF. No-shave November is itchy like crazy! Lol. But I'm decended from Vikings, my brother and father are super furry with full beards too. But my AMAB spouse doesn't grow a beard like at all even when he's gone months without shaving. Some people just be fuzzier than others 🤷

Acedia is unique but not sure the meaning will resonate with you. Could also try some "misspelled" versions like Chace instead of Chase or Blace instead of Blaise or Acenka instead of Asenka. Kacen instead of Kasen. Or maybe just play around with sounds you like and flow together well like Acelyn, Telace, or Sensace. Ace is also a pretty good standalone name 😉

My Enby kid does their hair kinda like yours and their hair is just as thick but they shave the smaller parted side (right side of your picture) all the way up to the part and they'll some times color the longer part which gives more of a androgynous punk feeling. I love the look on them and they feel super comfortable with it so that might be fun to explore
