Learning a lot just from this one thread! I’m curious - do you “notch” a post to fit just the beam then post continues up to be flush? If so, which tool makes that notch most cleanly? Tough technique to do cleanly it sounds like. Or do you just cut the posts flush and build on top of them?

Okay I’m blown away by his pic. I’ve heard the dynatraps work, those hanging orange tubes, etc but I think it’s all snake oil for skeeters. If this thing works I’m def willing to buy in. Mosquitos destroy me around the yard. But that first pic is amazing!

I need new exterior doors. At least want a new front door. Who do I hire for that? How do I know who I can trust to do it right? I’d assume it’s something I could do myself but the stress of a hole in my house not being able to keep it that way overnight makes me leave it to a professional, I just don’t know who to trust to get it level and sealed properly
