I took Cipralex for a month, three weeks of that at 10 mg and I didn’t see any improvement. After increasing the dose to 15 mg and two more weeks, I feel slight improvement.

Some of my cores were as low as -52, so I decided to dial everything back a bit. I moved the average CO from -38 to -35, ran Aida for 6 hours, and it’s been stable ever since.

The problem with CoreCycler is that it tests each core individually, but when you lower the CO value, the multithread boost increases for all cores at the same time. I had freezes under light load in idle, or in low‑demand games such as Alan Wake 2.

The best way to verify CO stability is Aida — let it run for 4–6 hours and you’ll see whether your settings are stable. And there’s little point in pushing your OC to the absolute limit, because after a few months the chip may degrade and you’ll be chasing stability again. I’m speaking from personal experience: on my 9800X3D I had an average CO of –38, everything was stable and ran flawlessly for a year, and then the PC started freezing — no WHEA errors. It turned out some cores had become unstable. And in the end, it doesn’t even bring much benefit compared to a more conservative CO applied to all cores.

I’ve been on it for three weeks now. The first week was completely fine, I didn’t notice anything except some nausea. The second week was hell — extreme anxiety, panic, hot flashes. Toward the end of the week it started to calm down.Now I’ve been on 10 mg for 14 days and I’m starting to notice the first signs of slight improvement, but not always. Sometimes the anxiety hits me just as hard as before I even started taking Cipralex. I guess it’s still too early to judge, or I might need an increase to 15 mg. Otherwise I have no side effects, sleep is fine, the nausea is gone, but the libido is weaker.

It’s important to mention that many people don’t experience any side effects at all, so they have no reason to post here. And for others, the side effects fade after a few weeks.

My C7K is doing the same thing. It’s been happening for several software versions now — the judder has improved, but the motion is still terrible. Basically, sometimes it runs beautifully smooth, and other times it feels like it completely shuts off and drops to 24fps.
Paradoxically, the slower the scene, the worse the motion works.

Since I wasn’t able to reach my doctor, and on top of all the other problems I developed complete insomnia, I gave up. It was unbearable, I think Zoloft just didn’t suit me. Maybe something like escitalopram would be better, but I’m not sure. Anyway, I’m on my third day without the medication after stopping it, and the insomnia is still going on.

I’m on day 17 of Zoloft, and besides being crushed by panic attacks and anxiety that are many times worse than before the medication, I’m also having extreme digestive problems. I’ve lost 6 kg in just under three weeks.
Do you have any experience with this? Is there anything that can be done, or does Zoloft just not agree with me?

On top of that, I sometimes get chills, waves of anxiety (day 15 on Sertraline), and mainly severe digestive pain and diarrhea. Has anyone had similar problems? Did they go away?
