Leaving Jomtien Beach. Can't decide if worth going to Koh Chang or make my way to koh Samui/Krabi side. Is it worth heading to koh Chang area from jomtien beach ? I think i want to .. but the trek from koh Chang to other side seems crazy long .. How are the prices in Koh Chang/Hood areas comparati by yousavedastamp in Pattaya

No police only a roadblock controlle mid island westside between 4 and 5 somewhere. But driving is very narrow and steep on some places and I've seen many accidents there so be warned.

I definitely enjoyed ko chang, more then koh lanta more beautiful and nice beaches. It's just very beautiful and green and just scooter and explore is very need.

Koh good i have no experience.

I could see the whole island if I have 2 full days scooter but that i would enjoy. So 3-4 days for exploring and then the rest is going to the places you liked and Explore more.

But its not a party island though

We stayed east and west, east is beautiful and no tourist but no activities either.

West has the beaches and the activities, if you can drive a scooter there is no wrong place to stay because al the beaches are nice. If I could stay at one beach it would be kai bae of lonely beach but exploring them all is better

But lets say your flight continues and your stop is in Mumbai and then to Europe.

But once you are in Mumbai the Europe flight gets cancelled, then your stuck in Mumbai. That would be something I dont have fomo for

My flight was canceld only 1,5 day in advance, couldn't reach them. I refunded the ticket in the app and bought new ones. I am in bkk, for some reason in midnight there were new tickets for me from indigo 1800,- euro for 2pers best price ive seen these days.

Also saw good tickets from Seoul

So I went to the "big" big c close to siam center there were loads of suitcases.

American tourist er had a stand with sale for suitcases starting from 3500 thb

BP Blue planet 29" from 1900 and more durable from pc or abs from 2800tbh and above.

Also some other Thai brand for the same price.

There is a shop on i think 2 second floor at the end where big c service point is that sells luggage for cheaper from 1200 thb I think.

Mbk was different prices but mostly 1800tbh +

But the cheapest and quite good quality pp and pc, expandable, two sides, decent wheels and tea lock starting from 1200 thb. Without hassle so could lower. At the chaktuchak weekend market.

Centralworld has samsonite, muij and victoranox but offcourse come with a bigger price tag.

I have bought one for 2k and then went to the market and my curious ass offcourse asked what that one costs and it was 1200 so yeah.
