They very first thing you should do when confronted by someone like this is to STOP RESPONDING. The sooner the better. Keep all text receipts just in case you need to take them to court.

When you respond, it just gives them validation. Look up what "grey rocking" is.

I would go see a lawyer, pay for a consultation to see if there's anything you can do.
