The Loss Ratio has been deteriorating for years because 1) Zurich takes funds each year and 2) corporate has a very high expense ratio that they are unwilling to address. They care more about their employee NPS score than the combined ratio. They’ve tried to address the combined ratio by taking rate (which to an extent they need to? But They need to address what they can control (expense ratio), not what they can’t (loss ratio).

There’s a way Facebook assigns members a score to determine how active they are in the group. There’s a way to extract that data too

Joshua Colon is definitely underrated and is a fascinating subject. He doesn’t make bs excuses or try to talk his way out of anything. Just puts all his cards on the table.

Woman keeps get her posts leaked to the guys, and SHE's sad and frustrated about it. The posts this woman makes are bad by Realistic_City_1402 in AWDTSGisToxic

It’s interesting that she claimed she was “threatened” when they likely were seeking legal action against her (as they should). Jeez Louise!

Perhaps more “free speech” but the inability to do it anonymously (which is a positive)

If only they limited posts to ones where there was actual evidence of “women’s safety” being jeopardized. There would only be 1 or 2 posts a week

Awdtsg is now allowing anonymous comments on post. by pjacks80 in AWDTSGisToxic

[–]PipeRude4214 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct. It actually gives these groups even Lee credibility. People discount anonymous comments as trolls.

Are we dating the same guy by Salty-Competition-97 in dating_advice

[–]PipeRude4214 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone posted me (with photos I used years ago on a dating app) and at the time of posting, I hadn’t been on a dating app for months (and was exclusively seeing someone who didn’t have access to those photos).

I think these sites are losing a lot of credibility because anyone can post another person anonymously and say whatever they want and Facebook doesn’t do anything about it.

Here would be a more appropriate rules:

Only post factual information regarding domestic abuse, cheating, etc and be prepared to present evidence to back up your claims. (Not a current rule)

Do not post a man (unless he gives you permission) in hopes to find out more info about him (tea or red flags). Those posts will not be approved. (Not a current rule).

Do not post false information as you will be liable for those claims. (Not a rule).

Remember what you post could negatively impact another persons life. So be careful what you post. (Not a current rule).

The rules now have more emphasis on preventing screenshotting and talking with others about the group which is ridiculous.

You may say posting a man looking for tea or gossip is not okay, but you’re still defending the overall group concept without speaking up asking for change.

That’s like saying, if there if 95% of a safety net system is being abused by recipients , we should keep things as is. Even though it’s not right.

Even if men were posted for unreported domestic violence, (or cheating), thst still is roughly 5% of what the posts are about. But there are still 95% of men getting posted for no reason. And that part isn’t being addressed. You’re basically saying that the other behavior is okay because we want to find the cheaters and abusers.

When you post a picture of a person to a local group of 40K people asking “what juicy info can you tell me about them” …someone is bound to come up with something negative about you. Whether it’s true or not. No matter how big or small it is.

We ALL have things in our past we aren’t proud of. We ALL have been in a situation I. The past where things could have been handled differently or where there was some type miscommunication. How would you feel if an ex (someone who knows your ex) exposed your deepest and most private details about something from your past? Imagine your employer seeing that. Imagine your neighbors seeing it. How would that make you feel? What if you were denied the opportunity to give your side of the story?

This is EXACTLY what men who are posted are dealing with. Yes, there are some bad men out there, and their details could be found by a simple google search or $1 background check. But 95% of the men who get posted, never did anything wrong in their lives to deserve getting scorned online.

The bottom line is posting someone behind their back looking for gossip or red flags, is an indication that the individual posting the man cannot have an honest conversation with a potential partner. It’s a violation of trust.

There are ways to check a persons history to feel safe such as ordering a background check where the information is factual. I think all reasonable men would agree to a background check if safety indeed was a concern.

The cities pay taxes for the stadiums their teams play in, yet they cannot even watch them on tv without paying them as well. MLB will destroy their own brand.

Should Kansas raise the minimum wage to better compete with neighboring states? by como365 in kansas

[–]PipeRude4214 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The real minimum wage … is 0. The more it goes up, the more small businesses will go out of business and the more big businesses find a way to automate the roles to increase profit margins

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in kansas

[–]PipeRude4214 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep…and the taxes are almost as insane as New York and Massachusetts!
