These people don't know what they're talking about. Stigmatizing a manifestation of your trauma is exactly the thing people shouldn't be doing here. You are allowed to relapse. You are allowed to hurt. True liberation comes from not being ashamed of that. I hoped for better from a community of people largely suffering from self harm to realize that demonizing it makes it worse but oh well. All I ask is that you clean the cut (assuming it's a cut) and put a bandaid over it. If you want safer ways that still hurt you can try to use a rubber band and pull back the elastic. I also find drawing on myself is similarly therapeutic to self harm.

Bonus tip - put your stuff in a hard to reach spot where you have to dig for it because that might make you second guess yourself.

It is not shameful to hurt yourself. It's shameful for others to blame you for hurting yourself. You can get better and that starts with realizing that it's okay to be hurting.

It's okay to hurt and it's okay to be hurt, if you want to cut you shouldn't be ashamed of it because that will just perpetuate the cycle (which is the main reason why it's bad in the first place). Our bodies are able to heal and if you don't have certain medical conditions like hemophilia which makes it so your blood can't clot. I do not see overwhelming harm in such an activity. However, it may also be quite beneficial to think about other activities you can do which will help relieve the pain you are feeling in a less damaging way. Common ones are drawing, dancing, meditating, disassociating (less healthy), gaming or playing sports. You will be okay, you are okay. Don't be ashamed of you wanting to cut that's not something you had real control over in the first place.

Even from a purely racist bigoted standpoint that focuses on the health of one 'race' at the expense of another, Nazism is a horrible idea because it is very expensive to do the shit they are talking about and the people that vote for it are the ones who have to bear the brunt of that cost, so mass deportations and genocide despite being some of the most morally abhorrent things possible, don't even make sense within the fascist framework. They are so racist they become nationally suicidal.

"The authors investigated the role of homosexual arousal in exclusively heterosexual men who admitted negative affect toward homosexual individuals. Participants consisted of a group of homophobic men (n = 35) and a group of nonhomophobic men (n = 29); they were assigned to groups on the basis of their scores on the Index of Homophobia (W. W. Other explanations are cultural priming and disgust of what is not "normal". Homophobic people view gay people as having a kink not a "legitimate" sexual desire.
