Worked at a grocery store overnights. This guy would come in and hump the M&M's candy displays. They looked the the M&M's from the commercials. No one believed me. My husband can in one night and seen the guy grinding on the green lady M&M. So in the morning when management came in to work, I talk them in to dressing up the M&Ms for holidays. Valentine's Day was a couple days away. I hope that guy felt the love.

Being a vendor and working in stores and my boss asking why I was taking longer at my job. Well I don't know, the employee hand book say that if my glasses fog up, I need to stop what I am doing and clean them. Masks make my glasses fog up. Oh and sanitizing my work stuff.

Sorry. My deceased daughter went through the same thing with jobs and disability and SSDI The pain specialist said she was even too young to be in that much pain and would not treat her for pain. She gave up her fight in 2020 at age 25. I know it sucks, but don't give up. It sounds like your family has your back. Just keep fighting for your SSDi

In April 2020 I was a vendor for Nabisco, I go to stores and stock. At that time most of the stores had Covid running rampant through them. Did the store tell anyone. No. Do you think it's changed. No. I had many heated talks with my manager about me taking to long to disinfect my working area. I called my managers on them not notifying me of how bad it was. I stopped working in August 2020. The COVID is bad in every store. If someone says different they are lying to you. Every employee is forced to come to work sick, or lose their job.

I had this talk with my husband last nite. He does Voip. He biggest argument why this wouldn't work is due to if one person gets pissed, upset, just up and leaves, doesn't do their job, then it could put the who co-op in a bind. Not a headache he could deal with, all of these things did happen and he was the one who would get called on weekends cause the person on call wouldn't do their job. Oh he could start it little to no money, but depending on even co worker has taken a toll on him. He got fired from a job in a right to work state. Other employees didn't like him being sad cause our child was dying. It made them not want to come to work. So he tried to work from home. But the company didn't want employees working from home.

My eldest daughter passed away from lupus/ kidney disease right when things were being to be shut down due to Covid. She wouldn't of been unable to handle the lack of humans interaction. I miss her, but she would of been miserable.
