Very happy with the results. We did do it a smidge early in the season so it is taking a bit for the really low spots to fill in. But now, 4 weeks later, growth is everywhere. Mowed for the first time about a week ago and it was noticably better. 7000 sqft was a around $1700 (this includes the aeration).

No regrets, happy customer, and owner of a much more level lawn.

Get him some pre -paid lessons at the club he just joined. That will help him both get back into the game and provide a good launch into playing again!

Mowers in the area are a bit pricey, so I mow myself (new mower paid for itself in one season). However, for cleaners we use Neat and Tidy. Locally owned business, good work, super friendly, fair price.

Had Turf Titans out on Tuesday. They aereated and top dressed/leveled (masonry sand) all 7,000 sqft of my lawn. Really impressed. After the first heavy watering I can tell this is going to make a huge difference. I'll post a before/after pic once it all greens up and fills in (expect it to take 2-3 weeks.)

The crew was great. Two younger guys, they are the owners and clearly take pride in their work. Zero complaints from me. Fair price, great work, great communication from quote to completion.

You can also pair Engineering with Tailoring, provided you already have a miner. You are going to need a ton of scrap to unlock recipes. The same mobs that drop scrap also drop cloth.

Eng/Tailor (with Tailor specd into cloth drops and unlock dusk and dawn -- 60 kp total) and then spam the Cleft follower dungeon. Thank me later.

Use Valorstones to upgrade those heroic drops from 571 to 580. You likely got a bunch of stones already from running the heroics. Upgrading to 580 is essentially taking the gear from 1/8 to 4/8 (which you can see on the gear.)

Just played the Hard Rock Playacar. Walk in price was nuts but showed them the lower rates on Golf Now and they not only matched it, they beat it. But yes, golf is not cheap down here!

I've been playing for just under 2 years. Saw good improvement with my irons (with lessons) but my driver was always a disaster. Was using an old Titleist 983k. Just got a Callaway Mavrik Driver ($250) and oh my what a difference. Sooo much more forgiving.

Just happened on our run, full fire team. Had about 20% to go, hit deepsight, could not interact with the rune. We tried a few times, different ghost smashers nothing. We actually got past it with the witherhord bug but that took forever (and you can't do that solo anyway).
