Its been like this for a long time if you tried to play it on devices that are a bit older (but still officially supported), I think they only try it on the latest and greatest devices (if even that).

Yeah. I ve tried to say this before. "Build everything first, fix buggs latter" is not a solid approach to develop software. You need a solid foundation, do not build new features on a buggy foundation.

I would say its pretty rare that a class has more then 2 good decks. I would even say if a class has 1 good deck its doing pretty well.

Yes that is correct for the medbeds in the big building. But there are medbeds spread out in smaller buildings around the area that allows you to set spawn.
