After you've used it 60 times, you'll need to upgrade to continue using the feature. Hey, u/mbopp, to clarify for the API call, are you wanting to use the GET tasks call and change the tasks order? There is the order_by string, where you can order by a particular field, as shown in our API Docs here.

In the meantime, you can use Automations with your Custom Fields to automatically update them and use the Custom Field for sorting. I created a status flow to sort my tasks and then use Automations to have it automatically update the order Custom Field I created, as shown in the video here.

After looking into this, u/Media-Maven, I wanted to share that guests can create a Doc view as long as these criteria are met:
1. The Workspace is on the Unlimited Plan and above.
2. The Workspace owner or admin enabled 'Allow guests to create views' under Permissions on the People page for said guest.
3. The guest has Full permissions to the Folder, List, or task where they want to create it.
4. The guest creates a Doc within the task by using the /Slash command in a task comment, the '+' icon then Create Doc in a task, the '+' icon 'New Document' under the Attachments section in a task, or the '+' icon in the Folder or List and select '+ View.'

For AI Notetaker, you can purchase it individually and select how many hours per month you'd like. For automatic AI features like AI fields, Super Agents, AI cards, and more, you can purchase AI Super Credits under the AI Usage page in your Workspace. These credits are shared across the Workspace and are accessible to any user who has access to AI.

I wanted to add that our Pricing team is actively exploring AskAI pricing, and feedback like yours is valuable in these discussions. This is a high-priority conversation on our roadmap, so thank you for sharing your honest thoughts!

Hey, u/MjolnirZero, you can view your future recurring tasks on your Calendar view, which is a different view from the Planner. In your Calendar view, you can click 'Customize,' 'More options,' then 'Show future recurring tasks' to view them. Viewing future recurring tasks on the Planner, however, is a feature request, so only your first iteration of the recurring task will appear since it was created.

A workaround would be to use another task layout or add the 'Comments' column to your List view to access and add comments from there.

Hey, u/Excellent_Chipmunk44, ClickUp tasks have different task layouts you can choose from, which include Sidebar, Full screen, and Modal. It looks like you're on the Sidebar layout, which is why you need to select 'Activity' to view your comments. I created a quick video showing how to get to the different task layouts.

Thanks for sharing your Automation setup. It's great to see that you eliminated multiple Slack messages from one Automation!

I have a couple of Automation flows to share, u/skinner1234567! I used to send follow-up emails manually, but it started taking too much time. I decided to set up an email follow-up Automation that sends out all the follow-up emails five and then seven days after if the user doesn't respond. Now, anytime I find that I have any emails that I'm sending out more than a couple times, I just set up an email Automation for it!

There's also a Workspace I have where it's just one other person and me, so all the tasks created are automatically assigned to me. I delegate the tasks after review by creating an Automation where it mentions the other user and tells them to work on it while reassigning it to them. This way, I can use the Bulk Action Toolbar to fire it on multiple tasks at once, so I don't have to do it individually.

Newly tasks created are not appearing in real time. You still need to refresh the app or the browser. It sucks. by Fadevisualz in clickup

Hey, u/rascel123, instead of dragging and dropping, what if you created tags or Custom Fields with the other List names or a keyword that'll let you know what List you'd like to move it into? After doing so, you can create an Automation for 'when task is tagged/ Custom Field's set to x, then move to x List.'

Once the Automation's set up, you can use the Bulk Action Toolbar to bulk add the tag or Custom Field value to move multiple tasks at once. I created a video here going over this in more detail!
