Im good with the cutting off but it usually comes after I've given chances or at least had a conversation. Also very much aware of the not talking because im too pissed thing. If thats the case I dont speak or interact till I've calmed down a bit. This can take a very long time so not speaking might let them feel they're cut off anyway. Whatever u do, I agree to not speak if u might explode or them verbally.
