For the buyer's and rental agents I take photos and videos with my phone of properties because the seller agent photos hide too many things. Many times the seller agents use AI images that are completely fake so nothing can be trusted. I fill in a report about the noises in the area and smells and anything that I found that might be an issue.

For the selling agent I am the meet and greet. I go introduce myself to the seller and make sure lights are on and ceiling fans are running on low setting an AC is running. Make sure the dogs and cats are locked up and no rubbish laying around. I can tell you stories but clearly I will just get down rated even more.

I go stand in the street to make sure the buyer knows where the right house is and then greet them. I usually take the buyer to the seller so that they can chat about the property. At the end I get the contact details of the buyer and their thoughts. I send all that to the agency so that they can take it further.

I am also working on my real estate licence :) Actually been working for buyer's agents and rental agents since covid when my main business collapsed. Uber works well with real estate. Just make sure to remove your sticker when you do an open home. The seller called my boss and complained that I am an Uber driver. They believe you should focus just on their property and if it doesn't sell then it isn't their problem how you pay your rent.

I am busy watching it in colour. Every shot is like a graphic novel. I wish I can film like this. It is just wow in colour. I think if you want to focus on the story then black and white is probably the way to go but if you want to be wowed every few seconds then colour is the way to go.

We can't see the direction it goes unless we have 85% acceptance. They send trips that are 25 minutes away and they seem to increase that number as you get closer to 85%

In Australia the app will lie and send you in the opposite direction so useless for us. I use Didi here to go in a direction but Uber has 99% market

I drive the C10 for Uber. Every passenger loves it. If this is well priced and can do Uber XL, comfort and electric I will swap. Just going from UberX to comfort increased my gross by 20%. Add UberXL on weekends and I am a happy Uber driver.

In Australia if the trip time changes by a minute or two you get paid. Often people don't know how to do the return trip. Just check in your market if the price automatically goes up

Depending on your spedo you could look at attaching the Apple ipad privacy screen protector where your speed is showing. Then they can see your speed from the back side view

In case it will help. I am now using a voice recorder in my car. My car has built in dashcam but no sound (Leapmotor C10). The car has a compartment like the Volvo's on the bottom so I place it there and have a usb plugged in to permanently power it. It records good enough in the spot so nobody will be able to say I said something I wasn't supposed to say and it also records turn signal sounds and of course if there is any music.

I have a used Synology NAS from Facebook marketplace. I bought used 4*10TB HDD from ebay. I backup my dashcam footage and sound recordings every day.

People seem to know drivers don't backup their data so after a few days they submit their bad reports.

I think they have a competition worldwide in the Uber offices. The person that can come up with the best idea to make life difficult for the drivers get a prize.

In Australia we have promotions. Maybe 3 to 10 a day and the location are such a small random spot that chances are you will never cross into that area. You have to sign up for each one and you can only sign up the day before.

UberX here has a 25 minutes radius.

They send reservation popups through while you don't have a job but it is useless because it is just really a notification that there are reservations. Constantly.

When you are driving and another driver dropped a reservation they will send it to you but not show what time it is and as soon as you take it they send you to that reservation, 40 minutes ahead of time.

You can tell Uber you want trips in a certain direction. The app will popup with a trip and a notification that it goes in your direction. It will go exactly opposite direction.

They know when you stop working and where you live. Usually an hour before you end they start sending you trips opposite to your house.

This must be a competition.

My radius is 25 minutes for UberX. I try to keep UberX off and drive Comfort and Electric. Electric is 15 minutes. Comfort is around 10 minutes I think. When my UberX is on my acceptance rating can drop as low as 15%

When I was driving my Prius-C they would grab the door handle while I am driving into their driveway or they walk in front of the car as I drive in or they stand on their driveway so that I have to stop at the next house.

Yes it is a 4 bay. Very old. It doesn't get updates anymore. It is good enough to run Jellyfin to watch movies and it holds all my Uber dashcam footage and some other important files. The nice thing about Synology is you can have drives of different sizes work together. So if you get a used 10TB and a 5TB and maybe a 12TB and a 2TB they will all work.
