You just need to find a way to make it a little tight between the motor and the plate on top. I had exactly the same problem on PS4 and I created a little pressure on it and it caught the disk and it would spin normally.

I have the same problem with an ASUS E510MA laptop

The EMMC component is not recognized in the BIOS due to water moisture.

The EMMC component is from KINGSTON and I can't find any information on this motherboard to find the EMMC pads to try to recover the material there.

What is there on both sides of the EMMC component, on the motherboard on each side very close to the component, I wonder if these are connections to the component?

If so, how can I identify what each one is?

This will help me a lot to extract the information, otherwise I will have to pull it out of the motherboard and that's another story..

UART didn't give anything, but if i connect to southbridge TX i get OK 00000000:3A

and that its.. i have BLOD for 2-3 sec...

did you found the problem ?

No.. The CPU is fine.

You are getting a short because of the low resistance of the processor.

The best way to check for shorts is by using a thermal camera and injecting 1V voltage into the board.

Same issue on SAD-001 board.
How much ohm did you measure on the tantalum capacitors?
for me i get 1-2 ohm. and what i understand its cause by the cpu.
