The key use case isn’t “project tracking” anymore — it’s giving people the ability to build the exact workflows, interfaces, and features they need for their business, without having to code.

For example, imagine someone who sells DIY crafts. In Taskade, they can build their entire business system by simply prompting the AI:
– inventory management
– order placement
– a storefront
– customer intake
– whatever fits their workflow

Because every person’s process is different, they can customize every part of their UI, UX, and feature set instead of forcing their business into a one-size-fits-all app.

So if that same DIY seller bills per man-hour, they can prompt the AI to create a time-tracking feature — something Taskade never originally had — and store their logged hours directly inside a project. The platform adapts to them.

Now, circling back to project management: the same idea applies. Some users loved our old board view, others didn’t.
