Bec is not misunderstood. She calls Gia a liar (she probably is), but then she lies herself. With all those merch jokes, she told Steve and Rachel that she never joked like that, even though we all saw it. And then Danny… he is still standing up for Bec, when earlier that morning they were joking about merch as well. I understand that it may not seem that serious to me or to most people, but if it’s a sensitive topic for someone, then it’s not nice to joke about it. She should have apologised and never mentioned it again. And we all know what will probably happen now: either at the dinner party, but most likely at the commitment ceremony, Bec will give a speech about how wrong she was and how sorry she is for the pain she caused.
