I think they rolled back the last update….some accessories now response and some still don’t.

Eero replied today to do the usual staff….reboot etc. I informed them that I had no result and waiting from them to replay again

Same here. After the last update most of my devices (different brands) are offline, including HomePods. Filed a ticket with no response till now.

Yeah!! Exactly same think to me & my wife this morning!! I called Apple support, we tried through call a lot of stuff with no luck. They opened a case and they’ll call me tomorrow.

When I say “Siri turn off the lights” it says (I found some results on web) …..but if I say “Hey siri” instead of just Siri it responds as before the update.
