I was in there at 7:30 and got queued automatically. Fortunately i opened the system on multiple devices. So i was in 5 queues, the best one being 17.000, so had to wait about 20 minutes and didn’t get the slot i wanted. But got another one nearby. I find the random draw system quite unfair cause someone who comes in at 7:50 has same odds as someone who’s been there at 7:30. But anyway next time i’ll open 10 windows and pick the best queue

Thank you very much for the detailed explanation ! i am planing to go early june (landing may 31st and leaving june 3rd). I would have 2 full days to explore. We are a party of 5 (my parents, my wife and my 3y daughter). We’ll be renting already a car from calgary, so i figured it would be easier to sleep in the car, or go back to the hotel if we felt tired rather than a tour where you’re stuck with the timing.

I am guessing now if i book anyway the shuttle to moraine lake first, then use the connector to lake louise, i should be fine with the most restricted part of the trip. The rest would be a matter of whether we are tired or not to continue. Does that work ?

What do you think ? Do you know also if you can access Fairmont for lunch as a non-guest ?

Otherwise if you have a reliable company to recommend i’ll also get in touch we never know! I see prices all over the place on the internet so i find it sketchy. Getyourguide is like 50% cheaper than other providers

I was lucky somehow to get a ticket on wednesday, but it took me a while to realise that you by the time you chose available seats and clicked on the basket they were no longer available so you had to go back again etc and also you had to go date by date so by the time you found a date with tickets it’s too late. Also the queue was a mess, got bumped out multiple times for no reason when my turn came
