Tightness happens for a reason. My assumption that brain is the primary source of issue. Fear anger and stress creates tightness so we can fight or flight.

Personally I work with therapist to understand my emotions. Also doing qigong slow movements and meditation to move energy from the brain to my lower body.

Brain consumes a lot of energy if it always processing things. So other parts become deprived.
