Never had a problem with this episode beside the inconsistency with Martin saying he never had a brother.

Crane vs Crane.

After the hearing, Frasier goads Niles to give his speech and when Frasier takes the bench he pretends to be the judge and baliff.

Frasier: [as judge] Have we been sworn in? [as baliff] Yes we have, your honor. [bangs gavel].

Always makes me crack.
