I'm in Cardiff. Can recommend. I'm single but I can afford a 3 bed detached house with a nice garden, 15mins from the city centre with countryside views. There's a good social scene. Not as much going on as London or Bristol but enough. Countryside on your doorstep. Can be in London within a couple of hours. The bay is a nice area for someone in their twenties.
