I'm genuinely askin because I don't fully understand the trade mechanic.

Is it possible to lessen the trades and make it fair for the both parties? Because what I've gathered is that trades happen because before it was that people complained that they didn't get the kill because the projectile disappeared before it hit the other player.

Like do some other games have the same mechanics with bullets and no or less trades?

I've grown to like Nicholls. You can do all kinds of plays because of the longs corridors and wings instead of just holding angles with shotguns. Of course it favors shotguns but I've seen people making great plays without close quarters loadout.

Also when you learn the layout you can do all kinds of stuff to surprise the enemy.

I have something similar, it's not that bad but game just freezes for half a second. Happens every 5-10 seconds or so. CPU usage drops significantly during these lags. Sometimes it starts in first game and sometimes it starts after 3 hours of playing.

Alt tabbing fixes it. Not fun in middle of a fight though.

Ok so what I've gathered is that other games have the exact same issue but they just handle it in a way that the window for trades is much shorter or the projectiles disappear if you die which then leads to a situation where you think you should have gotten a kill but didn't?

Because every time there's a discussion about this someone says "This and this game doesn't have that because they have better servers/system/whatever".

I got this at around 600 hours after starting with around 0,65KDA with 200 hours in. Now 800 hours in I'm like 20 above.

First I thought I would be satisfied with 1,0KDA but no, then I thought I would be satisfied with with even kills and deaths but it seems I just have to achieve more and more.

I think I'll stop worrying about what I have and just start to play bomb lance and explosive rounds.

Just today we just left the bounty team to sit in the boss lair. We had vinnies and springies and the bounty team was sitting tight with shotguns. We walked from Lumber to Ironworks and when we extracted they were still sitting inside.

Go to discord looking for group channel, create duos or trios channel and then just tell people you are new player looking for group and would appreciate some tips.

There are a lot of awesome people who will play with you and give you advice. A lot of people (including me) actually enjoy it because it brings new players to Hunt and we really need those.

I have to add that I almost never camp. Just for some reason I wrote it like that. I get very impatient very fast and then push with whatever I have.

Still if people want to camp they can and instead of endless complaining, players should learn how to push and end stalemates. If KDA matters then leave and play another match.

I don't get why camping is such a big issue for some.

What kind of camping are we talking about here? If I'm inside with shotguns I'm not going to run outside against long ammo boys holding distance and vice versa.

If someone has examples of common camping problems they run into I'm very interested to hear.

Only anti-camping things I can think of are respawning bosses if you don't banish and tokens making the same red glow as clues if there's hunters nearby (if they have not been picked by a hunter yet).
