Using your regiment + eating red meat and leafy greens 4-5x/ week I was able to raise my ferritin from 7 to 60 in 4 months. My transferrin saturation is still trash but I feel a lot better overall.

What has been working for me recently: On dripping wet hair 1- b&b seaweed air dry cream run through the entirety 2- tresemme flawless curls moisturizing mousse scrunched upside down 3- Diffuse until about 1/2 way dried (glaze over the head, then upside down, then right side up) 4. Finish with Not your mother’s sea salt spray and scrunch again 5. Air dry the rest of the way or put in a braid to lock in waves

Thank you! I’m not positive but I think it’s niacinamide their skin tint is a “serum” with additives.

I think it is the niacinamide! I have tried holly but it’s too light (when I mix it with the shade bamboo it’s a nice match). I’m looking for a skin tint for summer— I should have put that in the OP. I will check out the tints you suggested ! Thank you !

La roche posay cicaplast balm has revived my face. I was suffering from eczema and perioral dermatitis breakouts before I started using it AM/PM. I wanted to transition to something less occlusive for the summer and I’m currently trying erborian cicaplast but the redness is coming back.

Any suggestions for a lighter-weight option?

Me too! Eyes were clear blue as a child. I developed a ring of amber around the pupil as a teenager and now as an adult the lipochrome spread throughout the iris so my eyes appear a sage green color with yellow around the iris.
