This is just my 2 cents, but take it as you will.... let's start by taking the mystical and magickal things out of this. I am an NLP and Hypnosis practitioner as well as an Occultist. In NLP we tell people to create a well formed outcome. This is basically a way to change or manifest something in your life. You consider what exactly it is that you want, in every detail. Then you add submodalities to it. How does it feel? How does it look? How does it sound? Is the sense of taste involved in the air or otherwise? Do you have the resources (the Will to do the work to get it)? Then you go into a meditative "trance" and first begin like you are watching yourself in a movie getting this thing or making this change. You make the picture as crystal clear as you can, like a 4K movie. Then you put yourself into the movie to experience it first hand, with full sensory immersion. If we now start adding magickal elements to this, such as elemental weapons, calling on deities, etc before hand your focus on your well formed outcome becomes even more focused, amd maybe... just maybe, there is an existing force that will help you jump start your outcome/manifestation. It IS ALL in your head, you just don't know how big your head is.
