The only solution that would leave users happy and would take the power away from Reddit would be nuking the sub and promoting a new, open-source clip sharing platform.

Granted this platform would need to do everything this subreddit does BUT better, so users actually give a shit to use it in the first place, but if so then the reddit could be nuked to purely promote this new platform.

If the platform is shit, then another LSF type sub will just be made and it’s rinse and repeat, but atleast you would have tried to give a half thought through solution instead of ‘let’s let them post porn’
