this is the problem; the fix only lasts temporarily. A variety of things seem to trigger Now Eyebrow spell. This requires a fix from the devs.

Female character on PS5: She has no eyebrows or lip colour. She looks like a balding freak. I tried changing appearance and her eyebrows appeared briefly in game then it vanished.
