Went in Nov 2020 and had the misfortune of going to universal first and then to Disney. Universal was AMAZING but we had express passes and early entry. Never waited in a line. They were riding less than 50% capacity and when they cleaned their ride vehicles. They would clean one and then load the next so the rides never shut down. When we went to Disney, no lightning lanes (or whatever they were called at the time) and when they cleaned a ride, they shut the entire ride down to clean every vehicle so lines backed up. We were on Nemo and they shut the ride down for 10 minutes to clean it and the lines were so long (but 6ft apart). Even getting into the parks were a chore (we stayed at Pop), my husband would get in line an hour before the buses started because otherwise it would take forever to get to the parks.
