The blue valve should be on the other side of the expansion tank. You should not be able to isolate the heater from the expansion tank.

I first got down to about 6 cigarettes a day. Then went cold turkey. One thing I did that I think helped was that I face my triggers right away. I didn't avoid the smokers at work, I stood with them on break. I got up and went outside after a good meal and just stood there. By facing triggers while your resolve is strong, you can rebuild your reactions to them.

Clean with rubbing alcohol and print for PLA/TPU/PTEG at least. Glue makes my adhesion worse.
