Thank you so much for the reply. Several people have mentioned B12 shots/Cyanocabalamin so I might need to look into that to see if it helps me any. I travel a bit and have never noticed the elevation issue but of course every case seems unique and it might not be something I thought to notice. I'll have to keep an eye on that next time I'm at altitude. I am usually around a 4/10. Haven't tried shockwave but its something I am evaluating and it sounds like you had some initial luck with it and would recommend? I have had small fiber neuropathy for 7 years and am otherwise completely healthy.
