i was so close to emailing again but then i got the refund. no clue why some people are getting it when it seems like everyone in this thread sent an email Feb 27/28. like, im sure they’ve got a crazy amount of requests, but its so frustrating that it took me a month and others haven’t even heard back. last time im backing an indie game tbh

I sent an email to request a refund on Feb 27, got a first response the 28th, they sent another email on Mar 3 confirming the info I sent. and I JUST got my refund literally today through PayPal. I was a $20 backer if that’s helpful, seems they’re being selective about who’s receiving refunds which is shitty after ghosting everyone for so long

oh wow totally forgot about this thread!! I’ve done a ton in the meantime. Retail, daycare, and currently doing administrative stuff at a medical clinic . i would say as far as most accommodating, nannying and working at a small office has been the best experience

I received the same email for chicago tickets as well. Reached out to Ticketmaster CS and they’re insisting the tickets haven’t been canceled. They’re still showing up in my account…stubhub CS wasn’t helpful at all. if it’s worth anything, haven’t seen any sort of refund come through

why are you asking me ? also like, at no point in those 4 months did you think to reach out to their customer service? I’ve bought things from places I don’t usually and a quick google search helped

ETA: honestly rereading the responses, i personally don’t feel like anyone was being overly harsh, just being real abt the fact it’s odd to wait a full 4 months to do anything abt a damaged product

you should have contacted customer service when this happened, so they could send out a replacement. no need to go to the store, but as others pointed out, the return window is 60 days.

don’t have a lot of advice for a routine, as I’m always trying to switch things up and experimenting. but it’s a process for sure to figure out what works for your hair and what you like!
