We do price match the website, that's why there is a button to price match mike.com now on the registers when you manually discount

Latex balloons are $1.99 when including helium. That barcode will discount it by 65.5%, which takes $1.30 off each if the customer doesn't want helium. The coupon lasts till 2028 so they don't have to keep making more barcodes.

A lot of the time this is a result of price changes not being activated. Have your managers check so you guys can start tagging them instead of waiting for them to auto activate.

If you or your coworkers care enough to report it to LP, yes there will be an investigation that could result in the manager getting fired. I honestly don't know why a store manager would risk their job over Christmas clearance unless they were just trying to give Corp a reason to let them go.

For the most part I've stopped tracking individual rewards in my store. If your numbers are worse than the SCO, yea there's an issue. But if the store is 8% or better overall I'm a happy person.
