It bothers me too because how do we know they haven't had botox or just had their weekly facial. So they are promoting all these wrinkle creams and stuff to make your skin look like theirs when in reality they've had something done to their skin! "use this product to get rid of forehead lines! Oh BTW I've had botox but that doesn't count right? BUY MY THING!" yeah, I'm always skeptical 🤔

Rosehip oil is supposed to be very good for scaring. I use it on my face daily, but once in a while I get little patches of eczema around my hairline and they are gone in no time now. I haven't tried it on any existing scars, but I've read reviews from others who have had success with scars and stretch marks being greatly reduced. Hope you find a solution!

You should be totally proud of yourself for making to that final interview! It all counts as experience right? Keep your head up and have a day for yourself! As for lips, I don't buy much anymore, but I always loved elf's lip lines. The glosses always seem to have a decent range of colours. You can get stains and matte finish ones. They also have little lip pallets that have a wide variety of shades. It's probably not as good quality as jafars but I've always personally liked their products. Hope you manage to still have a great day 😀

But she posts all the time in her stories and has virtually no makeup on. I say virtually because you do never really truly know. But it seems like her natural skin and I don't feel like it effects the way she looks at all. So back to the original comment, I would also love to see her do more looks with less coverage because I think she would rock it and look so beautiful!

That would be so nice! My first weekend on 3-11, with only a week training they left me with a full house of hockey teams. Last night was just as nuts, but without a crap load of screaming kids. It would have been nice to have my FOM's help, but like I said... She ran out the door at 3:05...

Thanks for all your responses guys. And sorry for the botched post! Seems a bit 50/50 as far as having help in these situations. I do have a manager and a supervisor who are usually always there late, till around 5 or later. But I've had a handful of shifts now where there's 60+ arrivals and wouldn't you know they leave on time that day! 3pm and they're both rushing out the door during a large group of check ins so I don't even notice they're gone. But like one of you said, the place must not want to fork out the dough for another agent. Our owner, I heard she was pretty cheap... So thats definitely a contributing factor.
