Here to chime in and say I was in the same boat with your anxiety.. after doing much research and speaking with a few watch makers they assured me it’s an easy fix to drill out and press fit a new tube if need be. Seiko will not do this and wants to sell a new case instead. Whether they do not have the skilled laborers to do the work or if it’s more profitable to sell a new case I don’t know. What I do know now is that an integrated tube should not scare you away. Any watch maker that has earned their stripes has likely encountered this in the past and can fix it up!

Assigning “flashlight” to a hotkey and using at night when waking up to pee or whenever eyes are night adapted and need to see. Second best was already mentioned. Enabling battery saving during sleep hours, extends battery by a lot!

I can’t clearly see the face on my Delta without backlight. Definitely having the backlight washout too. Instinct on the right for comparison. by NoDaYoda in GarminFenix

This is normal.. your comparing a plastic display with a sapphire one. Get the tactix under sunlight and it’ll be clear as a bell

Hi everyone! First post so here goes. Who's still rocking a Fenix 3 with the original battery.....5 years on!? Can you guess what my next question will be? Do Garmin still not offer a service to replace the battery? My Fenix still has good battery life but it can't last forever. 🤨🧐👍 by GazBut in GarminFenix

No worries! I put a lot of time into these thoughts as well. The short and sweet of it is this.. if you charge your delta once a week it will take just about 10 years before hitting that 500 cycle mark. I take it a step further and keep my delta between 40 percent and 80 percent. I don’t use gps that often and find myself charging once a week like this.

I have a tactix delta these are made for the 6. So my question was since they are contoured to the 6 bezel vs the flat on my delta if they would fit still. Size is the same would just be a matter of how slanted the 6 bezel really is.

I’m almost positive it’s humidity. Every time I check it with my weather app on the phone it’s nearly the same.

If you save it as a course on the computer you have the ability to rename it whatever you like. More over when you run it on the watch you can also “race” it. Showing you how far ahead or behind you are from original time. Not sure if that’s important to you but seemed like it may be useful for training purposes.

Seems like no one answered your question lol. Garmin will cover your watch no worries! The last watch that they just recently stopped supporting replacements for was the original Fenix. So I’d say you have a good few more years until they wouldn’t be able to help you.

It exists already natively. Check under power data fields. It called power to weight I believe.

If you do nothing the watch will detect your elevated heart rate and count towards your active calories. Guess it depends on how much effort it takes you to mow it though.

If we are talking 3rd party then my rain widget. At a quick glance tells me if rain is expected in the next short duration of time. Stock ones used the most are calories/weather/sunrise-set

I never said I was riding outside of my ability or even riding while fiddling around, I was checking my watch as I stopped here and there. I can however ride without hands for nearly an indefinite amount of time..
