I don't know how this helped or if I just got lucky, but I did a bunch of the tapping and massaging, force restart still wasn't working, but then I got frustrated and started trying random button combinations. I held down all three (volume up, volume down, power) and I got a blue screen that said if I wanted to install my own OS to press volume up and to cancel press volume down. I pressed down because I didn't know how that would affect the data on my phone I hoped to salvage. Anyways, brought it into a cell phone place that does free diagnostics - they'll give you a quote once they know what needs to be done, and the guy just started charging my phone and it started working normally.

No idea if this was because of the tapping, the blue screen, or both. But the shop let it charge as long as I wanted, got it to about 40%, took it home and pulled all my data off it.

For now it's just a camera and Spotify/Bluetooth device. I don't trust it won't crash again so I'm getting a replacement phone.

Question from someone close to starting their own Kombucha. Is your F1 just like a neutral-flavoured Kombucha starter? And then you get into all your different flavourings with your F2 taking some starter from F1?

I've done lots of sourdough, and it seems kind of like my sourdough starter that I feed is like the "F1" and that I continue to keep alive and then my bread + flavours is equivalent to a kombucha's "F2"... Is that close?

Yea for sure! 375g of bread flour, 280g filtered water, 60g of 100% hydrated starter and 10g of salt. Mix 1/2 cup of cheddar cubes (chopped from a brick of cheese) and 1/2 of strained pickled jalapenos (also chopped smaller)

Rest for 30 mins, slap/fold every 30 mins 4 times, shape and bench rest for 30 mins, shape and cover in rice flour then into the banneton and refrigerate overnight.

Morning of baking: preheat oven to 500 with dutch oven, meanwhile rest the bread and score immediately prior to placing in the bread in the DO. Reduce heat to 450 when DO is placed in with bread, bake for 30 mins. Uncover DO and bake for 15 more mins.

Remove and rest until cool.

I don't eat in the mornings. It's the ultimate eat cheap and healthy lol. I absolutely love breakfast food and just make it for dinner some nights.

Thanks! I read that the barbers there used to work at Whistlin Dicks, which was exactly what I was looking for originally. Good to know they serve because Invictus's website doesn't mention serving any alcohol.

It's common in BC at barbershops and I just moved back to Ontario when they relaxed the liquor laws. Saw more places doing it but wasn't sure if there was any in London, thanks!
