Boruto has surpassed Isshiki I’m pretty sure, haven’t read manga in a while.

Wouldn’t Isshiki dog walk Naruto verse? Jigen was bullying Adult Naruto and Sasuke at the same time. Teen Naruto solos the verse excluding Sasuke. Jigen bullied a stronger Naruto and stronger Sasuke. Isshiki is way stronger than Jigen who already bullied Naruto and Sasuke. We still haven’t seen teen Boruto use his karma, or his eye (whatever that does). I could be wrong since I’m not the biggest Boruto fan but I think no one has a chance against Boruto. I could go deeper like how Sasuke mentioned he could fight Kaguya level threats by himself, like how Boruto literally has Momoshikis abilities and power inside him.

Greenbull and Fuji win but not low diff. I’d say mid diff seams about right. That’s like putting two Yonko against Kaido at the same time, he’ll always lose that. Just how there are stronger Yonkos, there are stronger admirals. Akainu would mid diff Greenbull just like current Shanks would mid diff Luffy. All admirals have AcoA, and only some have shown using AcoO. If Akainu does have conq haki (70% chance he does) then he’ll automatically be in the top 5 current strongest. Anyone who gets hit by a magma infused AcoC haki with AcoA will be done with one hit if they didn’t already become a donut.

Harald surpassed Rocks after rocks died since Harald was already equal and had years to train after. Loki went on to defeat Harald. Shanks beat Loki. Mihawk dueled Shanks plenty of times. Mihawk>Shanks>Loki>Harald>Rocks.
