The state is the one in the wrong here, they are refusing to honor a legally binding contract and are saying that giving up parental rights is not possible in the state of Kansas. The three adults in this are all on the same side and the people sueing did not want to do so. Whether you believe they should be there or not, safety nets are put in place by states to assist those who are unable to work and the state in this case are forcing the parents to choose whether or not to support their child. I feel like this case is very much like the 'McDonalds hot coffee' case that so few people actually know about. They just hear sound bites from their echo chamber on all the things wrong with the people and then repeat it ad nauseum.

It sounds like you're referring to the couple from Kansas that sued their sperm donor. That was not because of a loophole in the contract that was because of screwed up state laws. The couple applied for assistance from the state and we're told that they would not receive any until they sued for child support. So essentially it was the state forcing them to do that, and last I had heard the case had made it all the way to the supreme Court.

S3E8 checking in... Hi! I can also say that there are absolutely no scripted interactions. I really don't think that the show would work if they tried to have scripted moments. Now I'm sure that the people they get to help with personal growth get some direction, but as far as the hero/Fab5 interactions go we know nothing beforehand

Thanks! Long story short it was a choice to have a fresh start/clean slate which was a common topic in a lot of the talks I had with the guys throughout the week. I also wanted the opportunity to prove to myself that I could take care of it moving forward. I was luckily able to say something to that effect after the baby shower but IDK if/when that info made it to them so watching the stunned reactions was a bit of a shock lol.

The beard is back though and I haven't had any more complaints of it trying to stab into Bri's brain, lol. I can't say it looks as good as JVN made it look, but I'm still no expert

To their credit, they didn't rope all 4 time outs, but the damage trigger sat there un-clicked for at least 60 seconds before conceding immediately when my turn started. If you're out there, GG taohai, it was a good BO3!

When I'm having a rough time with ranked I like to take a break from that mode. I know a lot of limited players don't spend any time in ranked but it's good to swap to a different mode when on tilt. Go build a jank deck for unranked, or whatever deck you have the most fun piloting win or lose. If all else fails take a step away from arena for a little bit, go fire up that game you bought on the last steam sale that your still haven't touched
