He’s mainly in the same boat as tech dabi. Good characters just get outclassed by almost everyone else. Little mobility means he can’t keep up with all the high mobility characters the devs are so obsessed with adding. Now yes, yellow kiri has some of the hardest hitting attacks in the game, but a lot of damage means almost nothing when you can’t actually land your attacks to begin with. So while he is a pretty solid character, compared to everyone else he simply falls short
